Forest school is a long-term experience, and the benefits are most often seen when children attend regularly. By spending consistent time in the woodland, children familiarise themselves with the space, the staff, and the rhythm of forest school, allowing them to fully engage and discover what they enjoy most.
Sessions are age-specific, with Saplings for 2–6 years and Wildlings for 7–13 years, providing immersive, child-led experiences that nurture curiosity, creativity, confidence, and emotional resilience over time.
