Our Saturday Stay & Play sessions give families the chance to experience forest school together. These gentle mornings under the trees are all about curiosity, creativity, and connection, for children and adults alike. Families can explore the woodland at their own pace, try hands-on activities like fire making, bushcraft, rope work, tool skills, mud kitchens, bug hunts, drumming and much more.
Every session is designed to be child-led and supportive, helping children develop confidence, emotional regulation, and a love of learning, while adults can relax, observe, and reconnect with nature. Whether it’s building dens, experimenting in the mud kitchen, or simply sitting by the fire listening to stories, every visit is a chance to slow down, explore, and bond as a family.
